Holding the powers button does nothing for me, I still have to unplug it from the wall if it goes into rest mode. I hope they fix it soon, my youngest son accidentally put it into rest mode today and after unplugging it and powering it back up a message came up saying I needed to plug in a PS4 controller because the PS4 wouldn't power on properly. I turned it off and turned it back on after this and it was fine.

It works the same with apple. I had to have a defective iPhone replaced and they gave me two options. If I didn't want to be without a phone they would have to put a hold of $700 on my credit or debt card in order to mail me a new phone. The hold was removed once they received my defective phone.

I just cancelled both of my pre-orders yesterday. (Pre-buyers remorse) I wanted them so bad but after the initial excitement wore off, I am left indifferent. I am not really excited by any of the launch games. The only games that I am really excited about won't come out until next year... Infamous & Titanfall. Not to mention my backlog of PS3 & 360 games is HUGE.

Everyone has their opinion. I am actually excited to see what developers do with Kinect 2.0 considering it comes with every system. I think both systems have a really good line up of exclusives. I can't wait for Titalfall, and Infamous well that just looks f*uking amazing. I'm glad Microsoft dropped the stupid DRM crap so I can get both systems at launch! As for as the HD is concerned you can connect an external the XBOX ONE, get your facts straight.

I don't know why they didn't do this in the first place! Show me how digital distribution is better for me the consumer than physical media and I will gladly purchase my games digitally.
As it stands now I don't think they have a clue. What are they thinking when they price day-and-date and games-on-demand the same as and sometimes more than physical media. Where is the incentive?

I couldn't believe how arrogant that statement was! I was thinking to myself, or... "I could get a PS4 if I wanted to play offline!" I was ready to buy an XBOX ONE on day one until I heard about the 24hr DRM check.
Unlike some of you N4G'ers I am console agnostic. I own the 360, PS3 & Wii and planed on purchasing both the PS4 and XBOX ONE. As it stands now I will not be getting the XBOX ONE this generation unless Microsoft changes their stance on the 24...

The title of the article is.. "PS4 Launch Day Bundles Are Available, Xbox One Still Isn't Sold Out" I'm not sure what this proves. We have no idea how many initial PS4 and XBOX ONE's were ordered by Amazon.
If Amazon is selling PS4 "launch day" bundle's guess what, they haven't sold out of PS4'S either.
The article makes no sense. We have no idea how many PS4's Amazon initially ordered, so the fact that they sold out of them before the XBOX ONE'S doesn't tell us anything.
On a brighter note...
Amazon ordered more PS4 due to higher demand than expected and the standard edition PS4 I pre-ordered is now a launch edition. Oh Yeah!

I have to say I am glad to know what their policies are regarding always online, used games etc. I'm not 100% happy knowing that if my internet goes out for more than 24 hours my Xbox One will be an expensive Blu-ray player. I hope in the event of a cable internet outage they allow us to use our cell phones to make the once every 24 hour authentication verification.

I have so many games in my HowLongToBeat backlog, about 30 days worth... Damn you CheapyD!! So let me get this straight... He rage quits in a match he claims is laggy and has bad hit detection but decides to stay in a hacked game? Fake or not, I've been in hacked games in both Modern Warfare 2 & World @ War but not Black Ops or MW3. I'm hoping this is fake who knows, they still have those damn annoying face button clan tags! That shit should have been fixed already!
